BOSS Green represents premium sportswear for fashion-oriented men and women that transcends the boundaries between casual wear and technical golf apparel. Aspects of golf, fashion and lifestyle are synergized in BOSS Green – in a look that melds traditional elements of the game with sporting team spirit and a modern, urban mood.
Caribbean-born José Janga has been Head of Creative Management and, with his team, the creative force behind BOSS Green since 2006: “BOSS Green is premium sportswear with a dynamic, optimistic statement. It appeals to both young, trend-conscious men and women, and to more classically minded sportsmen and -women who enjoy golfing and relaxing in casual sportswear.” Established in 2004, BOSS Green evolved out of the original BOSS Golf Collection. For Fall/Winter 2010, BOSS Green Womenswear is being launched to complement the men’s collection. The BOSS Green line embodies the core competence of the BOSS brand – high-quality, fashionably sophisticated clothing – and pairs it with a passion for the game of golf.
The collection is supported by an image campaign that employs joint visuals for the mens- and womenswear, as well as by trade marketing measures. BOSS Green is also supported by sponsorship activities that include the outfitting of professional golfers such as Swedish star Henrik Stenson.
